Commuters using Robina railway station and shoppers at the Easy T Centre on Markeri Street add to the density of households across the suburb relying on reliable cooling, and the large detached homes around The Glades Golf Club often carry bigger split or ducted systems that need correct sizing to handle open-plan living areas without running constantly through summer.
